What is (roughly) your idea and what motivated you to realize it in the form of a start-up?
Developing new food products is a complex and extremely time-consuming process.
For this reason, we are developing an innovative SaaS solution that helps product developers in the food industry to design better products faster, based on advanced data analysis and artificial intelligence.
Our founding team sees great potential in the use of data to develop new food products.
With Metadine, we want to make a positive contribution to the nutrition of the future and promote the development of healthier and more sustainable products.

Why/where do you use AI and how does it help you realize your idea?
Huge amounts of data on food have accumulated over the last few decades.
With Metadine, we are bundling the global knowledge about food in our central platform.
Artificial intelligence offers us the unique opportunity to quickly analyze and process these extensive data sets to gain valuable insights, recognize patterns and make precise predictions.
For example, we can train AI models to evaluate the taste of food based on its ingredients.
With the help of artificial intelligence, growing amounts of data can be used to generate ever better insights and more precise suggestions that significantly accelerate the development and optimization process of food products.
