Start-up consultant for the Hanse Innovation Campus GmbH
full-time (38.77 hours/week)

Hanse Innovation Campus GmbH is a company of the University of Lübeck and
Technische Hochschule Lübeck. It is the central network hub for the Hanse Innovation
Campus Lübeck and creates paths for collaboration on the campus and between
science and business, promotes innovation and supports start-ups on the
campus.

The GründerCube is the joint start-up consultancy of the University of Lübeck and
Lübeck University of Applied Sciences and is centrally located on the Hanse Innovation Campus
Lübeck. Here, students, academics and alumni of the two universities
are supported from the generation of ideas and the creation of a business model through to the founding of their own start-up
. The management of the joint start-up consultancy is the responsibility of the
management of Hanse Innovation Campus GmbH.

As part of the “Innovation-oriented network StartUp Schleswig-Holstein, novel
structures StartUp SH 2.0″ (www.startupsh.de), we work together with universities and
university-related institutions to sustainably strengthen start-up activity in the state
.

To strengthen our team in the GründerCube, we are looking forafull-time (38.77 hours/week)start-up consultant for the Hanse Innovation Campus GmbH
with immediate effect
, initially limited until 30.06.2026.

If the requirements of the collective agreement are met, the position will be graded up to pay group 13 in accordance with the TV-L pay scale.

The following tasks await you:

– Implementation and organization of start-up-promoting workshops and
events (e.g. Ideensprint, Gründungskontor)

– Advice and support for people interested in setting up a business, from generating ideas to founding a company

– Awareness-raising measures (participation in trade fairs and events)

Your profile:

– Completed university degree in economics or similar
fields of study

– Experience in the area of business start-ups or consulting for start-up projects

– Experience in marketing and managing social media channels is
desirable

– Independent, self-reliant, precise, service-oriented and solution-oriented
way of working

– Enjoy working in an interdisciplinary team

– Willingness to travel on business

– Confident and engaging demeanor, strong communication skills and high team spirit

– Reliability, quick comprehension, initiative and flexibility

– Initiative, service orientation, entrepreneurial understanding and
willingness to take responsibility
